Precipitated Calcium Carbonate
Tai Yang Industry, in collaboration with ITRI, pioneers advanced technologies for converting oyster shells into high-value Precipitated Calcium Carbonate. Our exclusive process involves calcination, high-purity CO2 flue gas treatment, continuous accelerated carbonation, and waste heat recovery. This technology ensures high ionic selectivity, purity, controllable crystal phase parameters, cost-effectiveness, and versatile applications. Through automated production, we achieve ultrafine calcium carbonate spheres with purity exceeding 98%.
Pearltide®
Utilizing patented technology and a distinctive formula, Tai Yang Industry employs high-temperature and high-pressure treatment on oyster shell powder to extract the valuable “Pearltide®.” Pearltide boasts remarkable skincare benefits and holds certification from the International Nomenclature of Cosmetic Ingredients (INCI) for raw materials, making it one of the few cosmetic and skincare ingredients in Taiwan with INCI certification. Additionally, Pearltide has obtained raw material approval from Ecocert COSMOS.
